Suitable common conditions include cough, cold, flu, fever, diarrhoea and migraine. Access your medical history, records, and medical documents directly in-app. If the doctor deems your condition unsuitable for video-consult, you will be advised to go to the clinic or hospital, and your call will be ended without charge.

Medication

Delivered to your doorstep in 1 hour* once you complete your video consultation and book a slot on the app. A representative from the DA care team will follow-up to check on your condition after 3 days.
