CRYING is a common reaction in babies and is considered one of the ways these little angels communicate.
That being said, it’s good to know why they cry. Most times, the reasons could be something trivial but sometimes these could be caused by underlying factors that require serious attention.
Here, we list the most common reasons for babies crying.
Maybe they’re hungry
“Feed me. Feeeeed meeeee!!!”
They could be tired
“Now close your eyes and go to sleep.”
Seeking Attention
“No one wants to play with me.”
Teething
“I’m gonna bite you now!”
Colic or gassy stomach
“My tummy feels uncomfortable.”
Sensitive Skin
Diaper rash, cold sores, eczema – you name it! These are just some examples babies with sensitive skin have to put up with.
A case of wearing the wrong type of diapers
You might be overlooking the simplest thing! The type of diapers you’re putting on your baby may be the main reason why they keep crying.
Examples of wrong type of diapers include:-
- Poorly fitted diapers: If a diaper is too big, it will leak while if it is too small, it will leave red marks on baby’s skin.
- Diapers with low absorption capacity: Diapers with weak absorptive material can lead to prolonged exposure to baby’s own stool and urine, as well as, leakages.
- Non-hypoallergenic diapers: These diapers contain harsh chemicals or irritants that can cause skin irritation on the diaper area, especially, to babies with sensitive skin.
We may not know what type of diapers your baby likes BUT what we do know is Skinature by Drypers has what you’re looking for.
